These policies pertain tographic CD shpments only. Does not pertain to graphics ordered for email or download delivery!

Customer satisfaction is important to us. All our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and we will gladly exchange any product that is defective.

Items must be in their original condition. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of your order. Returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt. If a quality problem should exist, we pay all standard shipping charges to replace defective merchandise. Within 30 days for replacement or upon receipt if a credit is desired we will issue that immediately.

All purchases are shipped with insurance and claims are handled in accordance with the carriers policies. If you should receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately for instructions.
