Commercial Site and Business Graphic Registration

Do you own a printing business? Do you want to use my designs on your craft items? Do you have a stationary or web design business and wish to use my graphics for profit? You are then considered a commercial business. If you would like to use my graphics, are a small business in any of these areas, or any other type of business that wishes to use our graphics for profit, you will need to register and pay a one time registration fee of $35.00. The same terms of use will still apply to all graphics registered here, and I alone will still hold all copyrights to my graphics.

This registration fee is a one time fee, and allows you the use of all current and future graphics that we make available here on our site. We welcome the opportunity to work and be affiliated with many fine small businesses, so please drop me a line if you need something in a printable format or other type of format for what you are using the graphics for. We will offer a printable shop featuring product hang tags, labels, business cards, letterhead, notepads etc. and other items all geared towards the craft, or cottage businesses. Please dont hesitate to contact me if there is something special you'd like to see here on our site.

This fee does NOT apply when you purchase one of the commercial web sets for use on your own web site, but DOES apply if you design and sell web sites for profit.

I do NOT allow my graphics to be used by very large companies who want to mass produce items using my images, and this registration fee does not pertain to that type of use of my work. I do allow my graphics to be used for crafting uses, but I do not want any of my graphics mass produced without a binding commercial legal contract. "Mass producing", this means that you cannot produce thousands of products with my designs for selling purposes with large businesses/corporations throughout the US or overseas under your business name, unless you contact me concerning this type of licensing.

Your registration includes:

All graphics found in our linkware, and free section.

You are licensed to use a purchased webset for use with your web design business clients, or printing uses associated with your web design business clients, however, you must not claim my designs as your own.

You may print the graphics you purchase to use as business cards, hang tags, labels, etc. in regards to your small printing business.

10% discount on future purchases in our web store.
